Day 1: Arrival in Darjeeling
Arrival: Arrive at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.
Transfer to Darjeeling: From the station/airport, drive to Darjeeling (about 3 to 4 hours).
Check-in: Arrive at your hotel in Darjeeling and check in.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing in Darjeeling

Day 3: D.H.R TOY TRAIN(JOY RIDE)/ROCK GARDEN" OR "DARJEELIG ROPEWAY/ROCK GARDEN
The Joy Ride refers to the famous Toy Train ride in the Darjeeling region, specifically on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic narrow-gauge train, also known as the Darjeeling Toy Train, offers a delightful and scenic journey through the lush hills and valleys of the Darjeeling region.
✔ History: The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, also known as the Toy Train, was built in the 19th century (1881) and is one of the oldest mountain railways in the world. The train has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its unique construction and historical significance.
✔ Duration: The Joy Ride is usually around 1 to 1.5 hours long, depending on the route and stops.
The round trip from Darjeeling to Ghum and back is the most common route for tourists.
